We have developed a special rental concept for the homes at Indigo Garden. When you buy a villa, it automatically becomes affiliated with our hotel exploitation company. Blue Bay will professionally manage the rental process for ten years. For six weeks per year, you will be able to enjoy your home, the beach, the swimming pools, the gym and the tennis courts at no charge. You will share the net rental proceeds with Blue Bay. All expenses related to management, promotion, maintenance, cleaning, inventory and utilities are for our account. As a small extra incentive, we offer you one year’s free membership of the golf club. We guarantee that your home will cost you nothing for ten years. At Indigo Garden, you can enjoy your tropical vacation villa without a care, and you might even turn a healthy profit!
